Duties

  • Hands-On Learning: Design and facilitate hands-on activities that foster cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and creative growth in young learners.
  • Child Development Monitoring: Keep a watchful eye on each child's progress, assessing their development and identifying areas for support and enrichment.
  • Parent Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and developmental milestones.
  • Classroom Management: Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized learning environment that inspires curiosity and promotes a positive atmosphere.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive and supportive learning experience for all children.



Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in early childhood education, or a related field, is required.
  • Experience: At least one year of hands-on experience working with preschool children is essential.
  • Knowledge of Child Development: Possess a deep understanding of how young children grow and learn, including their cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and creative development.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effectively with children and their parents.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments, with a commitment to teamwork and shared goals.
  • Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
