Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Conference Services Manager to join our dynamic team. The Conference Services Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of conferences, meetings, and events at The Sebastian Vail property. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong ability to multitask and problem-solve.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute all logistics for conferences, meetings, and events, including room set-up, audiovisual equipment, catering, and guest accommodations
2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and excellent customer service
3. Collaborate with various departments to ensure all aspects of the event are coordinated and executed seamlessly
4. Supervise and train conference staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
6. Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during events, providing quick and effective solutions
7. Generate reports and analyze data to continuously improve conference services and operations
8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field
- Proven experience in conference services, event planning, or hospitality management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required

Bonus Potential:
