Job Description
Marshall's Inc. is an HVAC cmopany which has been serving Eugene-Springfield and the surrounding area since 1948. We are currently looking for a Service Coordinator to join our HVAC Service team.
This position requires a high degree of professionalism, ability to work quickly and accurately, while keeping all parties up to date on what is going on. This role is center of all communication between customers and service technicians. Punctuality and reliability are essential for success in the position.
Pay: $19 - $23 per hour.
Work hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday (Overtime and Evenings on occasion during peak seasons) in our office located at 4110 Olympic St., Springfield OR 97478

Qualifications:
- Strong phone skills and customer service skills
- Prior HVAC, plumbing, electrical or other dispatching experience preferred
- Field Edge dispatching software experience is a plus
- Strong communication proficiency both verbal and written
- Computer Proficient
- Ability to successfully work with others; team player
- Geographical knowledge of Lane County, OR service area preferred
- Project & Scheduling Coordinating experience is a plus
