Job Description

A Fairbanks Faith based non-profit organization has an immediate opening for a friendly, customer service minded Donations Processing Clerk.

1-2 years of customer service experience, intermediate Excel knowledge, proficiency with Microsoft Word, and Outlook is required for this position as well as the ability to type 40wpm and use a 10 Key accurately.

Job Duties Include:

Process incoming requests/donations.
Accurately maintain database of donors
Process bank deposits electronically and in person.
Track supply inventory for reorder and take annual inventory.
Maintain strict confidentiality.
Provide exemplary customer service.
Other administrative support duties as necessary

Part-time hours Monday -Friday 930am-230pm with pay starting at $18-$20/HR depending on experience.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of customer service experience
Must be able to type 40wpm and use 10 key.
Intermediate Excel knowledge
Proficient with Microsoft Word/Outlook
Background will be viewed.
Drug free environment.
