We are a fourth generation owner/operator of market rent apartment communities and are seeking an Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team!

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare vacant units for apartment turn over / make ready
2. Complete work orders in a timely fashion
3. Perform routine preventive maintenance
4. Perform general maintenance of building, appliances, and grounds
5. Must provide own tools and transportation

Qualifications:

• HVAC experience a plus but not a requirement, we are willing to train the right person.
• Ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following: plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs, appliance repair/installation, carpentry work
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must have reliable personal transportation
• Must have own tools
