Customer Service Representative and Agency Support. As an Insurance Sales Representative (ISR) you will build and develop client relationships to promote and service Texas Farm Bureau Insurances. Representative responsibilities include customer retention, new business processing and policy servicing. Our portfolio of insurance products include Auto, Home, Farm/Ranch and Life Insurance.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in sales or customer service
• High integrity and professionalism
• Commitment to service excellence
• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
• Motivated self-starter
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Property & Casualty license required (will work with candidate to obtain)
