BUILDING MAINTENANCE
Monday - Friday
6:00 am – 4:30 pm, mandatory overtime as needed
$17.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION
- Perform cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, restrooms, hallways, etc
- Emptying trash, sweeping, and cleaning surfaces
- Perform cleaning duties adhering to approved department cleaning procedures.
- Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition.
- Mopping, dusting, washing floors
- Perform grounds keeping duties, yard maintenance.
- Assisting in Assembly
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Ability to climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work in extreme hot or cold weather.
