Maintenance Technician

Job description

Fast-paced property in Crestview looking for full time Maintenance staff. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Inspects the building, grounds, and equipment.
• Handles necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Installs equipment and appliances
• Follows local and state building codes.
• Complies with all company safety regulations.
• Keeps a maintenance log and writes shift reports
• Do apartment turns ( Paint, light electric/plumbing work, make unit ready for Section 8 inspections)
• Plus if able to do flooring, but not required.
• Monday- Friday 9-5, with overtime available.
• Must be available on emergency calls and weekends.
• Must have a car.
• At least 3 years working in the maintenance field.

*Must be experienced with HVAC, electricity, plumbing, drywalling*

Job Type: Full-time

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekend availability

Requirement:

• Maintenance experience: 1 year (Required)
• HVAC Certifications
• Plumbing experience
• Must own tools
• A spacious vehicle is a requirement

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
