Mortgage Business Operations Analyst (Originations)

Role will encompass end-to-end reporting solutions where focus is on developing approaches and/or processes to accomplish goals with particular emphasis on data modeling, research and analytics. It combines traditional analysis with the ability to translate the data into impactful presentations using common data visualization tools and techniques. Typically, an individual contributor, operating in a analyst capacity in direct collaboration with key stakeholders that reside within the functions/lines-of-business. This job also recommends improvements to the existing systems and processes.

• Participate in execution of department or functional strategy: develop approaches and/or processes to accomplish goal
• In an Individual contributor role functions as a key contributor with demonstrated knowledge of area of specialization as well as broader function knowledge
• Manage activities, monitor details, and priorities
• Reviews root cause analysis and provides necessary resolution
• Escalate Issues and risks appropriately, collaborate with Key Stakeholders for resolution and recurrence prevention
• Identifies, documents, and shares best practices with team and partners

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in the Mortgage Originations Industry
• 5+ years of experience with Encompass
• 2+ years of experience within an analyst role is preferred
• Experience with Excel is required.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Adept at explaining and converting complex concepts into digestible information to be consumed by audiences of varying levels of expertise Demonstrated analytic/diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative
• Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
• Proven track record of operational process change and improvement

Salary Range: $65000.00 To $85000.00
