General Accountant/Bookkeeper

We are currently seeking  Full-time Accountant/Bookkeeper with good customer service skills who will be responsible for Accounts Payable, reconcilations, and various accounting functions.  

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Follow up with clients for required POs in ensure timely processing and submission of invoices on clients third party accounting platforms.
• Take vendor calls to provide details of payments and set up their accounts.
• Call/email Vendor to appropriate charges.  Ensure Vendor charges are accurate and adhere to agreed rates/policies.
• General Bookkeeping.
• Perform both A/P and A/R functions.
• Bank and credit cards accounts reconciliation.
• Assisting with end of the month process.
• Reconcile accounts ensuring accuracy.
• Other tasks as addigned.                                                                                                                                                                         

Skills and Qualifications include:                           

• 2-4 years accounting experince in A/P and A/R preferred.
• Must have strong work ethics
• Must be very detail and task oriented.
• Knowledge of Quickbooks a plus.
  

• Strong communication skills with both clients and team members.
  
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy environment while completing all tasks.
  
• Team player that is well organized and eager to grow.
• Detail-oriented, problem solver, and computer proficient.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and interacively with other team members.
