Processing Operator II
Shifts Available: First, Second, and Third
Location: Hazelwood, Missouri
Pay: Up to $23.12 Hr+ --- $500 sign-on bonus --- 5% bonus for meeting quarterly goals --- Overtime and Other Incentives (earn an additional $1.25 for working Second or Third shift )
As a Processing Operator you are an essential worker responsible for correctly mixing approved ingredients to create a mixture specific to company standards and specifications, operate equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner, work on a strict timeline to ensure the freshest product, and adhere to all Food Safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

- Safety. Safety is a top priority for us. We provide protective gear and training to ensure a safe work environment.
- Surroundings. You'll work around moving machines – mixers, conveyor belts, and forklifts.
- Activity. Some activities may require standing in one place for long periods, lifting up to 40 lbs, walking around, or climbing stairs.
- Temperature. We are climate controlled. When the weather outside is undesirable, the temperature inside our facility is controlled, so you stay safe and comfortable.
- Dress code. Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required.
- Career growth. Most of our current Operations managers, supervisors and leads have risen through the ranks and been promoted from within.
