Administrative Clerk Bilingual - Senior (Spanish) - 8 hrs (ECE/CD/PC#253673)

Position Summary: Performs a variety of technical clerical, record keeping, data profiling, and reporting or other support to include monitoring of contracts, budgets, and administrative aspects of projects.

Salary: $20.87 - $27.63 per hour in 9 annual steps. Salary placement is based on experience (new hire maximum of step 5).
** 2024-2025 School Year salary rate (effective 7/1/24): $21.50 - $28.46 **
Location: ECE Central Office
Hours: 8 hours/day; 5 days/week
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Employee Life Insurance available for employees who work 4+ hours per day (Full district contribution for 6+ hours/day; 50% contribution for 4-5.99 hours/day).

NOTE: BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH

Education and ExperienceThe position requires a High School diploma and 4 years of general clerical and keyboarding experience in a customer service oriented environment. Additional post secondary education may substitute for some experience.

Licenses and Certifications: May require a valid driver’s license.
