Accounting Order Entry
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent client in Garrett, IN is looking for a reliable Order Entry person for their Accounting Department.
Accounting Order Entry Job Summary:
- 16.00/hour
- Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Monday - Friday
- 30-minute paid lunch
- Processing online orders and proof text copy to copy
- Entering emailed orders into software
- Assisting with data entry of accounts payable and receivables
- Processing various reports using Excel Spreadsheets
- Communicate with customers regarding their account by phone and email
Accounting Order Entry Qualifications:
- Diploma required
- Knowledge of Microsoft, QuickBooks and Windows Operating Systems a plus
- Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
- Math skills sufficient to handle financial data
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Integrity and Confidentiality
- Strong time management and organizational skills
