Salary: $76,440 - $89,544 Annually (DOE) / Additional Differentials Must Qualify

Licensed/Waivered Mental Health Clinician

One (1) Full-time/Non-Exempt Waivered/Exempt Licensed/Salary Range: $76,440 - $89,544 Annually (DOE) 

**Bonus to be paid out as follows: $1,000.00 issued upon hire and $1,000.00 upon 6-month completion of employment**

Pay differentials offered - must qualify through testing or verification for the following special competencies.

*Experience 2 years Post CA BBS Licensure Direct Service ($1.00 per hour)

*Language Translation - Bi-cultural  Spanish  ($1.00 per hour)

*Bimodal Bilingualism -  ASL Sign Language - Interpret from American Sign Language (ASL) to English, and English to ASL. ($1.00 per hour)

 

Performs professional-level counseling services, including managing cases, and conducting therapy sessions. Must be BBS licensed or intern with at least two years related experience working with at-risk youth in a mental health or residential setting. Must be able to travel overnight occasionally for training & travel occasionally during workday. May require personal vehicle use for travel. Must have CA driver's license more than 2 years, no more than 3 points on driver's record. Valid auto insurance and registration. Must pass fingerprint background through DOJ, FBI, CACI, pre-employment physical & TB before hire, mandated reporter. Fluent in written & verbal Spanish language preferred, not required.

 

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: This position may work within ALL other agency programs, consistent with their scope of practice, on a as needed basis. In addition, may require occasional flexible work schedule to meet the individualized needs of each client.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CA Driver's License, Current Auto Insurance, Clean DMV Printout, clear background check w/ DOJ, CACI, FBI, CPR and First Aid Certified. TB Test and Physical at the time of employment.
