We are seeking Landscape Maintenance crew leaders to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the team performing the upkeep and maintenance of outdoor spaces, including mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, planting flowers, and fertilizing plants. This role requires attention to detail and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes.

Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions, as well as potentially irregular hours. Crew Leaders will oversee small teams of staff performing the below responsibilities but should be prepared to work alongside crews as needed.

Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and fertilizing lawns.
* Trim and prune trees, shrubs, and hedges to ensure a neat appearance.
* Plant flowers, trees, and other plants according to landscape designs, and mulching as needed.
* Remove weeds and unwanted plants to maintain the health and appearance of landscapes.
* Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
* Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

Qualifications:
* At least 5 years experience in landscaping preferred, with knowledge of landscaping techniques and ability to operate landscaping equipment such as walk-behind lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

* Bilingual in Spanish helpful
