What you do:
  • Strategically lead a diverse asset and property management portfolio's financial and operational performance, encompassing amenities, clubs, retail, industrial, flex and warehouse buildings with, Homeowner Associations (HOAs), and Property Owners Associations (POAs), ensuring seamless integration of management operations.
  • Drive value optimization through comprehensive oversight of acquisitions, dispositions, property mix, tenant levels, and investment performance, integrating amenity, club, and facility management operations into the overarching property management strategy.
  • Continuously assess and monitor asset and property health across all segments, identifying growth opportunities and executing strategic initiatives through underwriting, execution, reporting, and valuations while maintaining and enhancing the asset & property portfolio.
  • Direct negotiation efforts to secure favorable lease terms, ensure optimal occupancy rates and foster strong tenant relationships across all managed properties.
  • Provide visionary leadership in developing and executing facility and property management strategies, including maintenance planning, capital projects, and sustainability initiatives, to enhance the portfolio's value and performance.
  • Champion collaborative efforts on investment structuring and capitalization, manage due diligence and closing processes for all acquisitions and dispositions and ensure alignment with the strategic vision for all managed assets.
  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of potential acquisition and development opportunities, cultivating and leveraging relationships with capital partners, investors, and lenders to drive portfolio growth and diversification.
  • Drive organization-wide investment analysis and performance initiatives, facilitating informed decision-making and maximizing investment returns while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence across all asset types and property management functions.
  • Hyperaware of environmental, policy, social, and competitive landscapes to know when to adjust business plans to achieve results.
  • Inform the Executive and VP leadership team of project milestones utilizing business unit data dashboards to flag problems, challenges, and achievements.
  • Build business unit data capabilities to aggregate team information, data, and resources,
  • Hone emotional intelligence, knowing when to advocate, seek approval, or push back on organizational and business unit plans.
  • Visible resource for the team on unit initiatives to achieve the company's strategic objectives and business unit plans.
  • Share deep expertise in your field mentoring leadership team, showing visible commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
  • Consumes information in all areas impacting the business unit and seeks partnerships and collaborative relationships to grow the business.
Who You Are:
  • Expert asset and property management leader, aligning financial performance with organizational strategy across a diverse portfolio that includes amenity, club, facility, HOA, and POA management experience.
  • Blends strategic understanding with hands-on experience to assess risks and opportunities, driving strategic growth and value creation through real estate financial analysis, capex budget management, and expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancings.
  • Provides visionary leadership in asset and property management strategies, ensuring seamless integration with organizational objectives and driving performance excellence across all functions.
  • Establishes trust and fosters collaboration, effectively managing amenity spaces, club operations, facility maintenance, HOA services, POA responsibilities, asset management, and property management.
  • Leverages data-driven insights to integrate analytics into investment strategies, driving informed decision-making and optimizing returns across all asset and property segments.
  • Adept in navigating complex challenges by strategically aligning resources, empowering individuals, and establishing clearly communicated paths to success.
  • Champion professional growth, team development, and a continuous learning and development culture, fostering successful promotions, talent cultivation, and mentoring relationships as both a mentor and mentee.
  • Employs succession planning and talent management to ensure the organization has the necessary leadership capabilities to support future growth and sustainability.

Nice to Have
  • Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in multi-million-dollar construction.
  • Experience in managing investor relations.
  • Florida Real Estate License.
  • LEED experience or certification.
  • Experience with the Florida land market.
