Pool Hours: Sunday- Saturday 10am-7pm

$12/hour


JOB SUMMARY

To ensure the cleanliness of the pool entryway and surrounding areas, set-up pool amenities and provide excellent customer service.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  1. Greets guests pleasantly and ensures appropriate authorization.
  2. Ensures that the needs of the members are met and attended to.
  3. Maintains neat and clean pool area.
  4. Sets up tables, chairs and umbrellas before pool opening and stores them properly after closing.
  5. Communicates maintenance issues to appropriate management.
  6. Demonstrates a commitment to the work and success of the club and the Company by being service- and solution-oriented, having positive interactions with all club staff and members/guests, and meeting established quality, service and safety expectations.
  7. Performs additional assignments per the direction of club or Company managers.
  8. Regular and punctual attendance on site for all scheduled shifts is required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  1. Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Seeing and hearing: read documents, computer screen, answer phones, communicate in person 0-24%
  • Standing and walking 25-50%
  • Climbing, stooping, squatting and kneeling 0-24%
  • Dexterity: utilizing phone, typing, writing and Driving 0-24%
  • Lift in excess of 30 pounds 0-24%
