Will-Mor Manufacturing is looking for a 2nd shift setup/ CNC Supervisor! Will-Mor Manufacturing is a leading precision CNC Manufacturer specializing in complex, tight-tolerance parts in the Optical Industry.
The ideal candidate will be able to supervise 20+ production employees in a CNC Machining facility. Maintain a positive working environment and coach individuals to succeed. Understand and support Will-Mor’s policies and lead by example.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise 20+ employees
- Speak effectively before groups and communicate with Machining Manager.
- CNC Set-up holding tight tolerances and meet production standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, conduct proper inspections of first piece runs and in process parts using standard inspection tools.
- Understand machine tool accuracies, fixture offsets and tool offsets.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Must have machine shop or manufacturing experience.
- Leadership or Supervisory experience.
- Ability to make good decisions.
