To Works Real Estate, it doesn’t matter if you’ve been licensed for 5 years or 5 days - with our proven training program, we can teach anyone how to not only develop personal lead generation - but how to use the live tour requests we receive from our partners to grow your business even quicker. Our agents are able to consistently close 2-3 escrows a month within their first 90 days on the team - all thanks to our leads and training.


Our onboarding training is second to none. Your first 5 days with our company, we put you through an intensive onboarding where we teach you a hyper linear skillset; take leads from our numerous channel partners, and turn them into appointments - how to conduct a great buyer/seller consultation - and lastly, how to be comfortable with the contract. All with the goal of getting you showing property within 1 week. Continued training after onboarding happens 5 days a week. We always have some form of tactical training happening both over zoom /or in the office. Topics like live connection roleplays, listing appointment presentations, closing classes, you name it, we train on it.


Our Ask From You:


  • Represent Sellers/Buyers transacting residential real estate.
  • Write residential purchase agreements/listing agreements for your clients.
  • Perform property evaluations to determine the property value for sellers.
  • Stay ready to be there for all your clients when they need you.
  • Update all systems CRM’s with channel partners.
