Product Developer

Location: 1) Nellis AFB, NV; 2) Peterson SFP, CO ; 3) Naval Air Station, Fallon, NV; 4) Crystal City, VA

S2Technologies is seeking a qualified Product Developer to support Joint Tests (JTs) and Quick Reaction Tests (QRTs). Serves as the concept of operations (CONOPS) and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) developer for specific JTs and QRTs. This position will capture inputs from a diverse team of subject matter experts/analysts and communicate their understanding of the various processes through draft iterations that culminate in products that will be employed throughout the Defense enterprise.

Minimum Skills Required:

  • Bachelor of Science degree with 12 years of experience as a Product Developer
  • Experience writing CONOPS at the strategic or operational level
  • Experience documenting capabilities and authorities, task organization, and tasks for a specific mission
  • Experience supporting the mission of a complex organization influenced by factors such as doctrine, higher headquarters guidance/directives, operations plans, and/or tactics, techniques, and procedures
  • Staff Action Officer experience within a Military Service or Joint environment
  • Strong writing and speaking skills; experienced working in a diverse group of coworkers and community of interest
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Candidate must possess a current TOP SECRET security clearance with SCI eligibility
