Position: BUYER COORDINATOR
Department: Purchasing
Reports to: Purchasing Manager
Location: Polynt Composites USA
Job Objectives:
To assist Purchasing Managers and Specialists as needed to maintain Purchasing department’s organization and focus.
Primary Accountabilities/Functions:
- Update pricing
- Assist managers and specialists as required.
- Inventory reconciliation.
- Manage Parked and Blocked Invoice Reports
- Assist with nonconformance entry and investigation.
- Provide administrative support.
- Any other administrative duties that arise from day to day
Skills/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Familiarity and comfort working in Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent organization skills
