Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated CT/Simulation Technologist FLOAT to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional patient care by performing diagnostic CT scans as well as CT Simulations for Radiation Therapy. Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic CT scans on patients in accordance with established protocols.
  • Ensure patient safety, comfort, and compliance throughout the scanning process.
  • Operate and maintain CT equipment to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with Oncologists, Radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver accurate and timely results.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in the use of CT imaging equipment and software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and excel in a float position, providing coverage across various departments as needed.
  • Dedication to patient care and safety.
  • Previous experience as a CT Technologist is preferred.
  • Current certification as a registered radiologic technologist (ARRT).
  • Current ARRT (CT) preferred or become registered with ARRT (CT) within six (6) months of hire into the classification.
  • Current certification in CPR.
