Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct leasing, marketing, and administrative tasks with finesse.
• Lease and market available apartments with flair.
• Ensure completion of all leasing paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Process applications promptly and effectively.
• Guide new residents through lease agreements and relevant addenda.
• Conduct apartment inspections, reporting necessary improvements.
• Foster positive relationships with residents.
• Accurately enter fees, deposits, and lease details into our system.
• Present apartments to prospective tenants.
• Handle Notice to Vacate forms and rental payments.
• Fulfill any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous property management experience is a must.
• Minimum of 1 year in sales and/or customer service roles.
• Proficient in computer usage.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and reliable.
• Demonstrated stability in employment history.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
