The Role:

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals for our Residential Siding Sales Representative position. The ideal candidates will be adept in the home-improvement industry, capable of juggling multiple client projects, and passionate about driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand and meet their project needs.
• Efficiently identify and solve client problems while offering innovative solutions.
• Accurately calculate project volumes and scopes for detailed estimates.
• Professionally present proposals and effectively close sales.
• Proactively follow up with potential clients to secure sales opportunities.

Required Qualification:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in home improvement sales.
• Strong math skills for accurate estimation of projects.
• Proficiency in using laptop computers for sales presentations and communications.
• A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Exceptional planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and a personable demeanor.
