As the SVP of Sales, you will be a key member of our executive team, responsible for driving revenue growth and shaping the sales strategy to meet the evolving needs of our industry.

Sales Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.

Business Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets, identify growth opportunities, and expand our industrial distribution footprint.

Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.

Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment that encourages professional growth and achievement.

Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Use this information to identify new business opportunities and ensure the organization remains competitive.

Sales Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize sales performance. Provide regular reports and analysis to the executive team.

Budget Management: Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. MBA preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on industrial distribution preferably. Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets. Strong understanding of industrial distribution channels, market dynamics, and customer needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically, make informed decisions, and drive results. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business environments and lead teams through growth phases.
