The CNC Machinist will needed to be able to setup and operate CNC Lathes and or Mill machines to perform production machining operations where sequences, set-up methods, material and tooling are specified by process drawings, work orders and other documents in order produce high quality components to our customer's specifications.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training on CNC setup and operation. 1 years’ experience preferred, but not required in basic programming, editing, setup and operation of CNC machines for precision parts with experience on Doosan, Okuma, Mazak or Swiss machines with Fanuc controls a plus;

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

· Ability to pass a basic reading, math, measurement, parts matching and counting test

· Good communication skills both written and verbal

· Able to read, understand, interpret and follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing specifications

· Ability to use multiple measurement tools (OD micrometers, Calipers, PD micrometers)

· Ability to adjust to changes without compromising Quality or Performance

· Must be able to work a shift schedule and overtime as needed, including weekends.
