We utilize state of the art facilities with the newest equipment and tools so we can specifically identify our patients’ goals, give meaningful feedback, assess outcomes, and continuously improve our ability to give the best care possible.

  • Professional Growth and Development

As industry leaders, we understand the value of knowledge in our chosen field. Every new therapist enters a 12-month Mentorship Program to help you become skilled in evidence-based interventions with an emphasis on functional mobility, high level assessment tools, and manual therapy. We are a collaborative team. As part of our Mentorship Program, you will have interdisciplinary engagement with surgery observation, physician shadowing, and service line opportunities. We value continuing education. We will bring it to you internally with monthly guest MDs and hosting continuing ed courses. We encourage you to learn externally as well.   • Therapist and Physician Interdisciplinary Care Models

At OrthoRI, we optimize patient success with our team approach to patient care. We collaborate and innovate with leading orthopedic surgeons in the area to create industry leading conservative rehabilitation and post-operative care. We are the exclusive Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Partner of the RIIL, as well as care providers with local universities and professional teams. We are invested in the health and wellness of these athletes and collaborate on injury prevention, strength and conditioning, and injury rehabilitation.

Required Education and Experience

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from accredited program
  • Current Rhode Island state Physical Therapy license
  • CPR certification
