Shift: Days / 7a-7:30p (12x4) 48 hours per week, will accept 36's
Length: 13 Weeks
Call-Ins: If a traveler call-ins for a contracted shift, the traveler is expected to 1) make up the day during the pay period, if a 0.9 FTE. OR 2) if a 0.9 FTE and unable to make up during the pay period, then the shift will be added at the end of the traveler contract 3) If a 1.2 FTE, any call-in shifts will be added to the end of the contract
Must be able to work 50% of the weekends in contract.
Requirements: 

• IN/Compact license
• Minimum 2 years experience
• BLS
• Skillset Preferences: Level 1 Trauma Experience, Telemetry, and IV Start

Other Details:

• Accepts 1st time Traveler
• Unit travelers may be expected to float to different levels of care (Med-Surg, PCU, ICU) 

MUST BE FLEXIBLE WITH WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS, WEEKEND REQUIREMENT WILL BE BASED ON UNIT NEEDS. TRAVELERS MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 50% OF THE WEEKENDS IN THEIR CONTRACT.

Floating Requirements: Unit travelers may be expected to float to different levels of care (Med-Surg, PCU, ICU) 
Staffing Ratios: 1:3-5 Depends On Staffing
Unit Information: Post abdominal Transplant patients - largest patient population is Kidney transplant. High acuity MS that operates closer to a PCU level of care in terms of tasks and complexity.
