Job TitleHead of Key Opinion Leader EngagementJob DescriptionHead of Key Opinion Leader EngagementThe Head of Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Engagement for the Peripheral Vascular & Procedure Solutions businesses drives KOL engagement including, but not limited to, the following areas of the business: clinical, regulatory, R&D, education, societies, policy and advocacy, and formal advisory boards.  This critical role is responsible for bringing the physician voice into cross-functional activities that drive the vision and success of each business.Your role:Design and implement world-class global KOL engagement strategy. Partner with business leaders to engage KOLs in business strategy—managing selection, partnership, and internal engagement.Lead the global business and product-specific advisory boards, from creation to implementation.Develop and lead the global society strategy—partnering with events team and clinical, reimbursement, and marketing leadership.Contribute to clinical strategy through identification of key physician partners and driving impact.Support regulatory strategy in connecting regulatory team with KOLs and discussion with global regulatory bodies (FDA, BSI, PMDA, CMPA, etc.).Support medical education team in aligning KOLs with education strategy—both attending and Fellows.Contribute to overall business strategy and reputation management.Travel estimated approximately 30% of the time.You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 10+ years of medical device marketing, KOL engagement, or sales experience.You have an understanding of peripheral vascular and out-of-hospital spaces, and established KOL relationships in these areas.You have the ability to influence others, and have excellent interpersonal skills to be effective in a matrixed organization and with customers.
