Assembly Compensation/Benefits:

• Pay: $18.00/hour
• 1st shift
• Hours: 6:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday, Possible overtime on Fridays

Assembly Responsibilities:

• This position involves the assembly and packaging of various types of products and sub-assemblies while producing high quality product.
• Produce the various products or assemblies as required by the Operation Sheets for each operation.
• Verify the work content and perform Total Quality Checks as required by the Op Sheets, maintaining quality and quantity of work per standards.
• Follow the principles of flexing, moving to other operations and aiding and assisting other team members as necessary.
• Must maintain takt times once certified in operations
• Replenish on-line inventory bins (Kanbans) as time permits or as requested by the team leaders.
• Use tools, equipment, and other manufacturing instruments consistent with Company safety policies and ergonomic practices.
• Follow verbal and written instructions, including routine specifications and assembly drawings, to ensure best manufacturing practices.
• Help coordinate co-workers in processes, provide guidance and assist team leaders if requested or necessary to meet production objectives.

Assembly Experience/Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent to earn 12 or more certifications.

Assembly Work Job Requirements:

• Meet expectations of Certification Guidelines and Flexible Employee Training.
• Mobility and strength for lifting.
• Physical strength evaluation may be required.
• Use of personal protective devices and audiometric testing may be required.
