This multifaceted position includes:
? Manage and motivating Sales team
? Work alongside Sales Director and Buyer to market, promote, and educate both employees and customers
? Maintain the highest standards of customer care
? Utilize reporting system to track, analyze, and strategize business growth
? Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales expectations Employees must possess an awareness of lifestyle and apparel trends, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to effectively lead and motivate a team.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
? Uphold company policies and procedures --maintain operational excellence
? Act as a brand ambassador reflective of the company values and aesthetic
? Recruit, hire and train new employees to exceed sales goals through excellent customer service
? Develop and coach team members by providing timely and specific feedback to create a culture of action, accountability and growth
? Inspire teams through shared fate, creativity, empathy, and empowerment, tailoring motivation to the individual and leveraging the strengths of the team
? Cultivate an environment of genuine customer connection by being highly focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences that are engaging, efficient and personalized
? Encourage and demonstrate adaptability; positively effecting change and enabling the team to successfully execute a shared vision
? Foster a culture of strong communication and teamwork in order to ensure a seamless balance of operational and visual priorities and to facilitate problem-solving
? Challenge and inspire the team to elevate every aspect of the store experience through service, independent thinking, and merchandising standards to create a compelling atmosphere for the customer
? Effectively delegate and guide teams, and allow others the creativity to succeed by making good strategic, business-impacting decisions
? Engage with local community via events and social media platforms according to marketing strategies and Initiatives
? Review sales productivity and individual team member's performance weekly with Sales Director
? Strategize with Management team to execute Retail Orbit sales goals and objectives
? Ensure the highest quality of customer service
? Support the execution of marketing events in store
? Organize and implement sales directives, brand awareness and contests to meet sales goals by Department, Class and Sales (DCS)
? Provide continual feedback to Buying team on best/worst sellers and callouts
? Works alongside Management Team, Marketing Team, Buying Team, Brand Representatives and Merchandiser to execute in store events and experiences
? Grow client base, continually improving and strengthening relationships and customer experience
? Train on use of Heartland Point Of Sales, LP (loss prevention) awareness and controls, and daily store standards checklist

QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelor’s degree in related field or 2+ years of relevant work experience
? Organized, detail oriented, analytical, adaptable, problem solver
? Experience in leading a sales team
? Strong awareness of relevant brands and products
? Ability to thrive in high-energy, fast-paced environment
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
