What We Offer:
- Starting Pay: $20 per hour (pay increase to $23 per hour after 2 months)
- Training Schedule: Mon-Fri from 8:30am - 5pm (approx 4 weeks)
- POST Training: Mon-Fri from 9:30am-6pm
- Work From Home on Mondays and Fridays, Tuesday thru Thursday in office
Please Note: This is a hybrid role, combining work from home and office presence. You must live within 25 miles of our Charlotte, NC office (28217). Training kicks off on June 10th, and all offers must be made no later than April 26th.If interested, APPLY TODAY!

Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients
- Respond to requests for investment, fund, and account information
- Resolve general account issues
- Follow standardized processes to complete monetary and administrative transactions
- Document and report client feedback for process improvement efforts
- Use consultative approach to position products and services to clients

- High School Diploma
- 2+ year customer service/business related experience, preferably in finance
- Wired Internet - requires an internet speed test that meets 1Gbps download speed (1000mbps) and at least 30 Mbps upload speed
