Executive Assistant Position Available
Location: St. Paul/Minneapolis, Minnesota
Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 3pm to 9pm
Pay: $18/hour

We are partnered with an exclusive social and golf retreat situated on the scenic bluffs of the Mississippi River, just minutes away from downtown St. Paul and Minneapolis. Offering an array of member amenities including Golf, Tennis, Pool, and Fitness facilities, complemented by five distinct dining and event areas. Their venue is not only a private club but also caters to non-member events, ranging from weddings to corporate functions and golf tournaments. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, from our manicured greens to our exceptional service.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to serve as the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring that every member and guest receives a warm and memorable experience. The Executive Assistant will handle inquiries, reservations, and provide administrative support to the management team.

Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 3pm to 9pm

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
-Warmly greet and assist members and guests, striving to personalize interactions wherever possible.
-Engage in professional and friendly conversations, reflecting our commitment to hospitality.
-Act as a conduit for member relations and event departments, fostering a sense of community.
-Manage incoming mail and packages, routing them promptly to the appropriate recipients.
-Coordinate with maintenance for timely upkeep and repairs within lobby and meeting areas.
-Provide administrative support including data entry, report generation, and event coordination.
Handle to-go orders and monitor app-based orders, ensuring accurate processing and fulfillment.
Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
-Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within an upscale hospitality environment.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and listen effectively.
-Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, ensuring seamless operations even during busy periods.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
-Ability to cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and patrons.
