Fiber Technician

Job Description: This is a project taking place in a sterile lab. The job will be preparing mid-spans on fiber optics to prep cable for splicers to come through and splice. There are seven splice points throughout the facility that they will be working on. The cable is 12-144 count ribbon fiber.

Qualifications:

• 5+ Years of experience working with fiber optics
• Fiber splicing
• Mid-spans
• Working in OCEFS (Splice Points)
• Experience working with Corning equipment is a plus
