This role would be on a long-term contract / temporary to hire basis, and located in the Medford, Oregon area.

- Care for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
- Organize a structured method to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures
- Sustain collections of historical records by organizing documents
- Oversee and manage general ledger
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
- Review payments received and record deposits
- Monitor accounts by balancing entries- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
- Benefits administration experience
- General familiarity with QuickBooks
- Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources (HR) Administration
- Journal entries experience preferred
- Adeptness in Federal Funds
- Bookkeeping experience desired
- Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)
- Prior experience using accounting software
