Job Description:
- Providing direct client care in one-on-one and group settings
- Following the behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols
- Collecting and recording data based on client behavior
- A more detailed job description will be provided directly from the school upon a virtual interview.
- Must possess a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
- Completion of 40 hours of training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, as specified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Must pass background checks and obtain necessary clearances as required by the school or local regulations.
- (10-15) minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- (20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school
- Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.
