Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to join our team in Bennington, VT. As a Full-Time BCBA, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive behavioral support and intervention within our educational setting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on effective behavior management techniques throughout the workweek.
• Regularly assess progress through data analysis and make adjustments to intervention plans as needed within the full-time schedule.
• Maintain clear and open communication with all stakeholders involved in the students' care and education.

Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Previous experience working in behavioral intervention, preferably in educational settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage time and resources within a full-time schedule.
• Knowledge of current best practices in behavior analysis and intervention.
