Job Description: We are looking for a mitted and empathetic School-Based Physical Therapist to join our Soliant team. In this role, you will be crucial in enhancing the quality of life and educational experience for students with physical disabilities or impairments.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' physical therapy needs and create tailored treatment plans.
- Apply evidence-based physical therapy methods and techniques to improve students' motor skills, mobility, and physical abilities.
- Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and other professionals to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students with physical disabilities.
- Offer direct physical therapy services to students in both one-on-one and group settings, using suitable therapeutic equipment and methods.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, including Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, to support students' educational planning and goal setting.
- Keep precise and current records, such as treatment notes, progress reports, and billing documentation, in pliance with school policies and regulations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience working with children or adolescents with physical disabilities, ideally in a school-based setting.
- Strong understanding of pediatric physical therapy principles, techniques, and methods.
- Proficiency in using therapeutic equipment and tools relevant to school-based physical therapy.
