Job Description
Full Time Paraprofessionals Needed ASAP!
- Location: Crandon, WI
- Type:Full-Time
- Hours:30+ Hours/Week| 5 Days/Week
- Pay Range: $20-$23+
- ASAP- End of School Year
About the Position:
We are looking for passionate and experienced Paraprofessionals to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of classroom management and experience working with elementary school students. School experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing classroom activities
- Work with small groups and individual students to support their learning and development
- Supervise students during play and other activities
- Help to maintain a safe and positive learning environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with school students (preferred)
- Strong understanding of classroom management
- School experience preferred
Desired Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Patience and empathy
- Creativity and imagination
