Schedule: Full-time (40 hours)

• Monday Friday (6:00 AM 6:00 PM)
• Saturday Sunday (7:00 AM 5:30 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct product verification to ensure accuracy and safety in medication dispensing processes, adhering to established protocols and standards.
• Perform daily rounds to assess patient medication regimens, collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize therapeutic outcomes and minimize risks.
• Verify medication orders to confirm appropriateness, dosage accuracy, and compatibility with patient conditions and treatment plans.
• Prepare infusions with meticulous attention to detail, following precise instructions and guidelines to maintain integrity and efficacy of intravenous medications.
• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care by actively participating in patient consultations, medication counseling, and interdisciplinary discussions to promote patient well-being and medication safety.

Requirements:

• 2+ year of hospital experience.
• Clear & active Pharmacist license in the state of Nevada.
• Cerner experience is a plus.
