Accounting Specialist (Accounts Payable)
About the Company and Opportunity:
- Our client is a growing company looking to add an Accounting Specialist to their team during a new phase of expansion!

- The Accounting Specialist will join a tight-knit Accounts Payable team!

Responsibilities of the Accounting Specialist Position:
- Process invoices for Accounts Payable - scanning, data entry, and filing
- Complete 3-way match and code invoices in the General Ledger
- Reconcile accounts at month-end close
- Research and resolve discrepancies
- Provide excellent customer service to vendors
Preferred Qualifications and Experience for the Accounting Specialist:
- Associate's degree in accounting or finance OR equivalent accounting experience PLUS...
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Prior experience with a major ERP
- Prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
