We are a family-owned hospitality group with 9 Colorado locations seeking a Multi-Unit Restaurant Leader for our Summit and Eagle County locations.


As a Multi-Unit Restaurant Leader, you'll spearhead the success of 2–3 locations. You'll wear many hats – coach, champion, strategist, and problem solver – all while driving your team toward operational excellence and financial growth. Multi-Unit Restaurant Leader Qualifications:

  • A food and beverage leader with 5+ years of experience managing multiple units/stores, proven track record, a must!
  • A natural-born leader, able to inspire, motivate, and guide your team with confidence and charisma
  • A clear and direct, with the ability to connect, influence, and coach at all levels
  • A tech-savvy operator, comfortable navigating Restaurant Operating, Back of House, and Point of Sales systems
  • A budget guru, capable of analyzing data, interpreting trends, and implementing strategic solutions
  • A passionate champion of the restaurant industry, dedicated to exceeding guest expectations and driving success
