Job Title: CNC Programmer

Location: Pelham, NH

Shift: Split Shift, 12 pm to 9 pm, Monday through Friday

Job Description: Are you a highly motivated individual with expertise in CNC programming, troubleshooting, and designing manufacturing processes? Do you thrive in a flexible workweek environment? As a CNC Programmer, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of manufacturing methods to meet customer requirements while adhering to budgetary constraints.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop manufacturing methods to meet customer requirements and ensure compliance with company budgetary constraints.
2. Identify tooling and work holding requirements and order tooling in a timely manner for job execution.
3. Maintain revision control of manufacturing processes, G-code, CAD/CAM files, and set up documents within our MRP system.
4. Develop and execute programming, processing, and operational/set-up sheets, as well as work instructions in accordance with ISO procedures.
5. Ensure the quality and on-time delivery of work products, striving to achieve 100% quality and 100% on-time delivery goals.
6. Participate in estimating potential work as identified by the President and Manufacturing Manager.
7. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the work area.
8. Understand and utilize the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) for compliance and continual improvement.
9. Report any issues, problems, abnormalities, or needs to management that may impact customer goals and company objectives.
10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethics.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in a programming, supervisory, or manufacturing role.
• Proficiency in CNC programming and troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership skills and self-motivation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of ISO procedures preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
