Role Description

The Client is seeking a Financial Controller to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cushing, OK. The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing daily financial transactions, creating financial reports, and developing strategies to improve revenue and minimize costs. In addition, the Financial Controller will maintain financial security by monitoring internal controls, preparing budgets and forecasts, and managing relationships with financial institutions and auditors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial management

• CPA or CMA preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

• Experience with accounting software and MS Office applications

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate complex financial information to non-financial staff

• Experience working in the oil and gas industry and/or manufacturing is a plus
