Forklift Driver - Experience Required - 2nd Shift

*Must have reach, loader, or cherry pick experience*

Gojob is hiring⠀Forklift Drivers/Material Handlers⠀for a global logistics company in⠀Louisville, KY.⠀You will be responsible for driving industrial trucks including forklift, reach truck, cherry picker, and electric pallet jack to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials. 6 months experience required.

Shifts & Pay:

• 2nd Shift: 2:30pm - 11pm - $19/hr

What You'll Be Doing:⠀

• Maintain and operate a forklift in a safe manner
• Placing items from the floor to the shelves/bringing down items from shelves onto the floor in the warehouse
• Moderate physical exertion caused by repetitive handling of parts and containers; standing, stooping, bending, reaching.
• Perform manufacturing and distribution tasks as an entry level and newly trained employee.
• Understand, follow, and apply operational and technical instruction, written and verbal.
• Quickly learn new production/distribution techniques and equipment, and adapt new applications to the work environment.

Qualifications:⠀

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must be dependable, punctual, flexible and cooperative.
• Ability to add, subtract, count parts and match numbers to inventory records
• Must be proficient and knowledgeable on sit down/stand up forklift, Reach truck, Cherry picker, electric pallet jack.
• Must be knowledgeable and proficient with safe forklift operating procedures as prescribed in OSHA
• Work history and at least 1 year of experience on required equipment.
• Capable of exercising good judgment and sound decision-making in performing responsibilities.
