An RNis needed forthe opportunity to work with an excellent Hospice Home Health agencyin Bluefield, WV. The RNwill be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.
- Full TimeContract
- 25-30 units weekly
The ideal RNwill maintain:
- At least 1 year of recent Home Health experience required
- Admissions / Case Management experience preferred
- Current WV StateLicense
- Current BLS (AHA)
- Valid Drivers License and Insurance
- WV Cares clearance
- Hospice experience required
- Homecare Homebase experience required
