Plant Controller

Join a dynamic team as a Controller in Niagara Falls, NY! CPS Recruitment is seeking a seasoned professional with manufacturing industry experience to lead this company’s financial operations. As a vital member of the plant's leadership team, you'll define and implement financial controls while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Salary range of $100,000 - $125,000 plus a 10% bonus

Responsibilities include overseeing all financial functions, maintaining internal controls, and safeguarding company assets. You'll provide financial advice, lead the annual planning process, and analyze operating results to drive performance improvements. Additionally, you'll supervise finance staff, ensuring effective training and communication with department managers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required (MBA or CPA a plus)
• 5-7+ years of financial or accounting experience in manufacturing
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Experience with large-scale manufacturing financials
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software; IQMS MRP System and Hyperion Financial Reporting experience preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives desired
