Job Summary

Responsible for paperwork, product assembly, computer quantities and confirming product completion and assembly. Inspect for proper paint coatings, and touch up missing paint as well as inspecting for defects on products/components

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential)

1. Responsible for product paperwork for receiving and ordering components and ensuring data is input correctly in computer system.
2. Physically hang components on assembly line to be prepped for painting and inspection for defective components and missing paint when coming out of paint room.
3. Assemble components after inspection and painting process. Bag or palletize product depending on need to be shipped.
4. Ensure all products/steps have been confirmed in computer system before shipping product. Must be able to operate, and understand basic computer software, and data entry.
5. Team oriented individuals being able to work well with others as well as think independently without constant need of supervision.
6. Must be able to lift 35lbs consistently during an 8-hour shift. Be able to work in a hot/cold environment depending on the time of the year.
7. Must be able to move to all parts of the assembly line after product is being finished to complete orders. (Approximately 50 ft.) moving back and forth.
8. Be able to assemble/manipulate large and small parts to complete a products assembly.
9. Effective communicator with other team members and management. Proactively react to situations and get management involved to resolve issues if required.
10. Must possess a strong attention to detail when handling, inspecting, packaging, data entry, all components/parts.

Special Location/Position Requirements:

1. Team member will be working near the paint room and other team members who may have been exposed to non-toxic chemicals (Paint).

Job Specifications (Work Experience, Skills, Abilities, etc.)

• Experience working on an assembly line (Preferred not required)
• Inspecting and assembling components (Preferred not required)
• Data computer entry experience (Preferred not required)

Education Requirements:

Must possess high school diploma or GED
