Warehouse Handler

Artemis Fine Art Services has an exciting position available for a Warehouse Art Handler. The essential duties of this role are to receive in, locate and release as directed. Relocate items as directed within the warehouse. Handle, pack, condition report art, antiquities and furniture. Assist in the loading and unloading of Artemis and third-party trucks.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

·         Support the Warehouse Team as directed by the Warehouse Manager

·         Support Warehouse Manager with managing inventory

·         Able to work and communicate effectively with a small crew

·         Scan property to ensure accurate inventory locations are always maintained 

·         Proper handling, of art objects, fragile and artistic material, antique and fine                furniture

·         Preparation of condition checks and condition reports as needed

·         Pack artworks, antiquities and fine furniture for transportation and storage

·         Receive and release shipments, maintaining accurate inventory and condition              reporting when applicable

·         Assist in the loading and unloading of Cadogan Tate and third-party trucks

·         Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job

General

·         Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures, and all other Company            policies and procedures in place
