Senior Helpers is currently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to work Full-Time in our Summerville location. Monday- Friday 8 hour workday full hour lunchbreak.

This is a high volume busy office managing 120+ clients schedules and matching with the appropriate caregiving to provide the best care possible.

Senior Helpers offers full time employees after 90 days- Health,Dental,Vision and Short term disability coverage, accrued PTO and bi-weekly bonuses. As we are growing our client coverage area there is room for growth and advancement.

 

Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
  • Under direct supervision of the General Manager, you will select, schedule, and coordinate caregivers based on assessment and care plan information for new and existing clients. 
  • Maintain all scheduling of caregivers and respond to situations where scheduling conflicts, emergencies and/or “call-outs” arise. High volume, busy office managing 120+ clients schedules.  
  • Communicate with HR to Hire for the Void on a regular basis.
  • Accept rotating emergancy on-call schedule up to 1 x per month with additional compensation.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one year in a scheduling role required.
  • Professional experience in the field of customer service
  • Knowledge of general healthcare staffing requirements
  • Team player, excellent verbal and communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possesses excellent client interaction skills, able to multi-task and work independently
  • Must have experience using telephones with multiple lines, multi-task on several calls and maintain professionalism and patience with a fast paced environment
  • Excellent problem solving abilities are a requirement, schedule conflicts are bound to arise that will require creative solutions
